Return & Refund Policy
At LUXE GIFT, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
Return Policy
- Customers have up to 24 hours from the date of delivery to submit a return request.
- If the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, customers may request a return within 48 hours of receiving the item and will be eligible for a full refund of the product value.
Non-Returnable Cases
Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Return requests submitted outside the specified timeframe of 3 days from the delivery date.
- Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition.
- Any product that has been received and accepted by the customer for more than 3 days after delivery.
- Products are not eligible for exchange.
- Returned products must include all original accessories, packaging, and accompanying items exactly as received by the customer.
Return Approval
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. LUXE GIFT reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.
